Below are the most frequently asked questions regarding our Airport Transfer Service.

What if we have a problem while we are away?

Call our office and we will make any adjustments necessary to your booking and offer as much support as we can.

How will we find our driver once we have landed?

You driver will meet you at the information desk inside the airport terminal and will be holding a sign with your name on it. The airport can be very busy at times and if you can’t find your driver please ask the staff at the information desk to page him – and listen for paging calls as he may be trying to find you! Alternatively, please call us on the usual number and we will contact the driver – this very rarely happens and most customers are soon able to locate their driver.

Do you provide child seats?

We can but we prefer to use your seats which we will store for you for use on your return journey.

What types of vehicle do you have?

We have Ford Mondeo Estate cars and Ford Galaxy People Carriers for larger parties. All have air conditioning, carry safety equipment and hands free telephone equipment.

What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed please contact us. Although we monitor all flights it is likely that you will be notified of delays much sooner than we are in the UK allowing us to make adjustments to your booking.

Is your company licensed and fully insured?

Yes – our drivers are also extensively vetted prior to employment.

Will you meet us any time of day or night?
Of course, we operate a 24 hour service and no extra charges are incurred for late nights or early morning transfers.

Can I smoke in the car?

No, unfortunately we have to comply with government legislation which prohibits this.
